Sharing your personal data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except when necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or to fulfil our obligations to you, customers and/or partners. We only share your personal data with suppliers of services to LK; for example, IT service providers who develop programs and services for our websites and mobile applications. - To create user accounts for and provide the service.

- Developing a basis for ensuring that the service, and the equipment controlled by the service, provides basic functionality for you as a user.

- Technical data linked to the equipment being controlled by the app (e.g. ID and version number).

Your data will be processed until further notice. We will erase your personal data in conjunction with your cancellation of the service.
Use of the LK Template Calculator service

- To create user accounts for and provide the service LK Template Calculator.

- To send you information specifically regarding the service.
- Developing a basis for ensuring that the service provides basic functionality for you as a user.

Storage period
Your data will be stored for as long as you use the service. If you have not used the service for 24 months, your login will no longer be valid and your personal data will be erased together with any saved project data.
Using the Customer Portal

- To create user accounts for and provide the Customer Portal service.

- Identify and create user accounts.
- To send you information specifically regarding the service.
- Developing a basis for ensuring that the service provides basic functionality for you as a user.

Your data will be stored for as long as you use the service. If you have not used the service for 48 months, your login will no longer be valid and your personal data will be erased.
If you do not share your personal data
If you do not share your personal data with us, we will not be able to fulfil our legal obligations towards you.
Security of your personal data
You should always be able to feel safe when you provide us with your personal data. Therefore, we have implemented the security measures that are necessary to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration and destruction. We will not disclose your personal data, other than as expressly provided by this Privacy Policy.
